Creamy Cucumber salad wakes up toasted sandwich

Peel and slice 4 large cucumbers.
Peel and slice 1 medium sweet onion
Set aside to air dry

To make dressing whisk together:
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar – to taste
1/4 cup white vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix together and if desired top with a tablespoon of fresh finely chopped dill or a 1/4 teaspoon of the dried. Using the leftovers works great by putting the slices on a toasted sandwich. Enjoy!
