Baked pork chops include brown sugar and oranges

                  Baked Pork Chops

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

6 pork chops – I used center cut –
salt, pepper to taste
6 orange or lemon slices
½ c. tomato ketchup
½ c. water
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
6 tsp. brown sugar

Place pork chops in flat pan, side by side. Season chops with salt and pepper. Place 1 orange or lemon slice – your choice, I use what ever is on hand – and 1 teaspoon brown sugar on each chop.

Combine the ketchup, water and Worcestershire sauce; pour around chops. 
Bake uncovered for 1½ hours. Enjoy!
