You can give thanks for stuffed stuffing sandwich

Yes, there is many things to be thankful for over the holidays. One of them being the leftovers you bring home after the get togethers at Grandma’s house. Very pleasing to the palate is a sandwich that you’re going to wonder why you hadn’t thought of making it before. The possibilities are endless.

Ingredients:

Your favorite left overs from Grandma’s

Stuffing

Sliced Turkey

Cranberry relish

Greens from salad

Cheese – shredded or sliced

Directions:

Place a ball of stuffing in the center of a sprayed waffle iron, closing the lid and cook until it’s toasty brown. Time will vary depending on the temp of the dressing you’re using and the waffle maker. If you’d like, add a bit of cheese to the top at the end of the toasting.

Close the lid and open it back up immediately, the cheese melts on contact. Wait for them to cool so you can handle the slices but still nice and warm. Stack all your favorite ingredients to the center of two slices to make your sandwich and enjoy!

Happy Holidays!
