Wayland City Assessor/Deputy Treasurer Jeannie Franck passed away early Thursday morning at Metro Hospital in Grand Rapids, but this death actually occurred five years ago.
Townbroadcast reported it in error as an obituary from this month.
It had been posted on Facebook and the administrator didn’t understand it was recalling a news development from long go.
