The local boys’ basketball seasons were concluded Wednesday night in district tournament semifinals.
Wayland lost 81-68 to the host ballclub, Hamilton, which they defeated 46-42 in their season opener last December.’
Wayland finished with an overall record of 10-13 for the season. Hamilton, now 11-12 for the campaign, will meet fellow O-K Black Conference team Holland Christian in the finals at Hamilton Friday evening.

The Clippers ended their season with a record of 8-15. Zion Christian now is 16-7.
