The Michigan High School Athletic Association post-season basketball tournament will get under way with district tournament a week after the girls’ competition.
The contests will be held Monday, Wednesday and Friday, March 6, 8 and 10, with Wayland playing at Plainwell, Hopkins playing at Hamilton and Martin be host for its Division 4 tourney.
The actual pairings have not been announced yet because the regular season still has two weeks and seeding won’t occur until then.
The following the way it stands as of Sunday, Feb. 19, with current records indicated in parentheses.
District No. 45 — March 6, 8 and 10 at Plainwell High School. Wayland (10-8), South Christian (16-3), Hastings (7-10), Grand River Prep (5-8), Otsego (14-3), Plainwell (10-8.
District No. 46 — March 6, 8 and 10 at Hamilton High School. Allegan (10-8), Hamilton (15-4) Holland Christian (5-14), Hopkins (12-6), South Haven (14-4).
District No. 115 — March 6, 8 and 10 at Martin High School. Byron Center Zion Christian (9-9), Grand Rapids Sacred Heart (10-6), Martin (2-16), Tri-Unity Christian (13-5), West Michigan Lutheran (3-14).
