Cross country Midnight Run kicks off season Aug. 8

The Wayland High School cross-country team’s annual season kickoff Midnight Run officially will begin at midnight Tuesday, Aug. 8, at the Wayland downtown park.

Those who haven’t already gotten sports physicals should plan to be at the high school Fine Arts Center on Thursday, Aug. 3, between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. Cost is $25.

All runners must have a sports physical in order to participate.
