A Heartsaver First Aid class will be offered from 6 to 10 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26, at the Wayland Area Emergency Medical Services building, 911 South Main St.
The course will follow the American Heart Association’s Heart Saver First Aid program, which covers first aid basics, medical emergencies, injury emergencies and environmental emergencies.
Participants must have taken Heartsaver CPR in order to register for the class.The cost is $45, which includes a book.
