Remaining concerts in the park are Aug. 25, Sept. 8

The third in a series of four concerts in the Wayland City Park will be held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 25, with a performance by the 6-Pak Band.

Blarney Castle, a band led by Wayland High School graduate, music teacher and bassist  Kyle Pitcher, will play in a Sept. 8 concert, a rain check from the postponed Aug. 4 date.

If it rains, the concert will be held instead at the Wayland High School Fine Arts Center on East Superior Street.

The music series is sponsored every summer by the City of Wayland and the Parks Committee.
