Wayland City’s annual refuse pickup days will be June 6 and 7

The annual City of Wayland refuse pickup days will be observed Monday and Tuesday, June 6 and June 7. The west side of Main Street is scheduled for Monday and the east side of Main Street will be handled Tuesday.

Please place your items at the curb the night before.

• Items should be placed on the curb by 7 a.m. on the scheduled pickup day. City workers will not return for pickup.
• Broken concrete, appliances, iron fence post, paint, tires, grass clippings, small items that are not boxed/bagged appropriately, and any items weighing over 60 pounds will not be picked up.
• Please do not mix household trash with leaves and brush.
