DESCRIPTION:Planned power outages for parts of Leighton\, Gaines and Caledonia townships  will be overnight starting 11 p.m. Friday\, April 4\, into Saturday morning\, April 4. \nConsumers Energy and ITC officials said the outage will affect Caledonia and Gaines townships\, along with the northeast corner of Leighton township. \nElectrical crews need to cut the power to upgrade substation equipment in Caledonia.  The power companies expect the work to take no more than eight hours to complete\, with power restored shortly thereafter.
