Private graveside service set for Gil Morrell, 62, of Shelbyville

photo_20160119_WM0058537_0_gil_photo_20160119Gil Morrell, age 62, of Shelbyville, died Sunday, Jan. 17.
Gil spent his whole life being cared for by his parents in their home, being loved and teased by his siblings, their spouses and their children. Gil enjoyed visitors who came to love on him, bringing hugs, handshakes and candy. He brightened the day of those who met him with his radiating smile.
Gil is survived by his mom, Juanita Morrell; his brother and sisters: Niki (Larry) Brace, Gary Morrell, Sheree (Sam) Cooke, JoAnn (Peter) Molnar, Kay (Vern) Finch; many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephew.
He was preceded in death by his father Harry Morrell.
His family will have a private memorial graveside service in the spring to celebrate his life. Donations in memory of Gil may be made to the Wings of Hope Home, Allegan.
