Visitation and memorial service Oct. 11 for ‘Charley’ Shehorn Jr.

Charles “Charley” A. Sh5291179_300x300_1ehorn, Jr., age 44, of Dorr, died Thursday, Oct. 8.

Charley was involved in ministry at Crosswinds Community Church and Abundant Life Church of God. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army National Guard and worked as a service technician at AMS Pallet Company.

Charley enjoyed fishing and hunting and spending time with his family and especially his children and Cassi.

Charley is survived by his wife Cassandra; his children: Mason, Brycen, Bailey, Madelynn, and Ella; his mother Connie Shehorn; his father Charles Shehorn; his sisters: Annette (Delwyn) Smith and Christina (Jonathan) Moore; several nieces and nephews; his mother-in-law Dorothy (Russ) Pappert; his father-in-law Saulo Montalvo; his brothers-in-law Medy Magoon and Saulo Montalvo, Jr.

Friends may visit with his family from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 11, at the Abundant Life Church of God, 4043 Byron Center Ave., Wyoming. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. with Reverend Dale Cross and Pastor Scott Otis officiating.
