Former Wayland man David Gambee died Saturday morning at his home in Oakland County. He was 68.

Gambee attended Wayland schools during his junior high years.

Among his survivors are his wife, Alice, brother Jon of Hastings, sister Lynn McGlochlin of Tennessee and half brother Nathan Gambee of Bradley.

There will be memorial lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 16, at Bay Pointe Golf Course, 4001 Haggerty Rd. West Bloomfield.
