Snow returned Wednesday morning in this area after rain pretty much wiped out the white stuff. Hoever, the snow was slick enough to cause this big rig to overturn on Division just north of Moline. Tonya Lyons, who snapped this photo, said she worried about traffic backups and “The roads are pretty icy!”
