Asst. Supt. takes in a week of learning from expert

Wayland Union Schools Assistant Superintendent of Instructional Services Teresa Fulk (right) and the Literacy Coach from Allegan Area ESA, Lisa Collier, attended a week of learning with Dr. Anita Archer (center) as part of Michigan’s Explicit Instruction Facilitator Network. This professional learning experience focuses on bringing evidence-based, high-leverage practices to Michigan educators to strengthen learning outcomes for all students. Over the course of the school year, Mrs. Fulk and Mrs. Collier will continue to meet with the network and deliver professional development to WUS staff members.
