The Michigan High School Band and Orchestra (MHSBOA) festival now will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 12, at the Fine Arts Center, WHS band director Kelli Tilley Smith has announced.
Wayland was selected to be the host school for the annual festival Wednesday, March 6, but school was canceled because of a power outage, requiring the postponement of the festival.
A number of area schools’ musical ensembles will be guests at the FAC during the day.
