Evonna “Bonnie” Beard, age 80 of Dorrdied, Saturday, May 25.

Bonnie will be remembered as the friendly face and voice of Beard’s Produce where she worked for many years with her husband and family.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Otto “Sonny” Beard; her children Ronda (Kevin) Gilbert and Scott (Heidi) Beard; grandchildren, Jessica (Cody) Milburn, Kristin (Tyler) VanderSyde, Mitchell (Becca) Gregory, Clayton Beard; brother Clayton “Shorty” Brenner; sisters-in-law Marie VanKlompenberg, Margaret (Ron) Priest, brother-in-law Wendell (Sandy) Beard, extended family and many close friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clayton “Bud” and Sylvia Brenner, and her infant brother Darl.

The funeral will be held 11 am Wednesday, May 29,at the Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home, 4330 18th St. Dorr, with Pastors Craig Van Beek and Comer Skinner officiating.  The family will receive relatives and friends Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home and Wednesday one hour prior to services.
