Camp sausage muffins are quick and easy to prepare

Easy Peasy Camp Sausage Muffin

Preheat oven to 350 degrees 

Ingredients:
1 pound breakfast sausage fried up toasty brown
4 beaten eggs
1 cup yellow or white shredded cheese 
1 cup bisquick baking mix
1/4 cup fresh chopped greens your choice, I like to use arugula or spinach
Splash of hot sauce for serving.

In medium mixing bowl beat the four eggs, add the shredded cheese, cooked sausage, and the Bisquick, stirring gently until just combined. Fill a dozen greased small muffin cups 2/3 full and bake for 20 minutes.
