The Gun Lake Tribe of Pottawatomi ad Gun Lake Investments will have the ceremonial opening of Noonday Market Convenience Store at 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 20, at 1150 129th Ave. across the street from the casino.

Noonday Market is the new fuel and convenience store located directly south of the main entrance of the Gun Lake Casino.

Representatives of Wayland Township and the Wayland Chamber of Commerce will join project partners Rockford Construction and J&H Family Stores to take part in a ribbon cutting ceremony to help the Tribe and GLI celebrate the opening of its first non-gaming economic development project.

The media is welcome to attend and tour the new 6,800 square foot facility.  Noonday Market will house a Subway Restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating.

Noonday Market will open for business to the public at noon Tuesday, Feb. 21.
