George Parlmer, age 95, died Wednesday, Jan. 7.
He is survived by his children Michael Parlmer, Thomas (Chris) Parlmer, Gregory (Robin Lynn) Parlmer, Bryan (Robin) Parlmer, Anita (Ernest “Skip”) Lahti, Anthony Salski; grandchildren; siblings; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ellen Rose Parlmer; son, George Parlmer; sisters Luella Rasho, Mary Beth Rasho; brother, Peter Parlmer.
A celebration of George’s life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 17, with visitation beginning at noon, at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home, 312 N. Main St., Wayland. A luncheon will follow.
In honor of George and in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of the UP.
