Brent Bigelow died Wednesday at the age of 65.

Born April 24, 1957, Brent was a great father, grandfather, uncle, brother and friend. He loved fishing, camping, and spending time outdoors. He spent many weekends camping and fishing at “Burtons” Twinwood Lake, his favorite place to be in the summer.

Brent also enjoyed attending concerts, shopping secondhand stores, playing poker, and spending time working in his yard and garden. He retired from Steelcase Furniture after 30 years.

He is survived by sons Ryan (Jaimee) Bigelow and Brent Bigelow; grandchildren Brayden, Brody, Calla, and Grant; siblings Herbert Bigelow and Diane (Ken) Brown; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents Herbert and Wanda Bigelow.

A celebration of life gathering will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8, at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home – Dorr Chapel, 4330 18th St.
