Fred Louis Mulder Sr., age 90, died Monday, Jan. 15.

He enjoyed golfing, spending time with family, watching the Detroit Tigers and Michigan Wolverines, and traveling. Fred served his country in the United States Air Force as a medic during the Korean Conflict.

He is survived by his children Karen Clay, Fred (Karen) Mulder, Jim Mulder; grandchildren Kevin (Taylor Walters) Clay, Ryan (Holly) Clay, Haley Mulder, Hannah Bowker, Haylee Bowker; great-grandchildren William Mulder, Arlo Jackson, Lyla Goetterman, and Johnathon Clay; and extended family and friends.

Fred was preceded in death by his wife, Marcella Mulder, and parents Ben and Ann Mulder.

A celebration of Fred’s life will take place from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 28, at Windsor Woods Clubhouse, 1135 W. Superior St., Wayland.
