The annual “Coaches vs. Cancer” campaign Friday was held during Friday night’s Wayland-Middleville Thornapple Kellogg varsity boys’ and girls’ basketball games. The efforts, led by the Wayland High School Student Council, resulted in collection of $12,000 of pledges, with the amound to be passed along to the American Cancer Society.
