Dorr exits to expressway will be closed until June 24

The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) has ordered the closing of both U.S.-131 expressway exits at Dorr on 142nd Avenue. Authorities said construction work is being done and they hope to have it completed by June 24. Traffic from the expressway can get off at the Dorr exit, but motorists who want to go north or south off the Dorr exit must use an old 131 (10th Street, Division) detour.
