After more than a few fits and starts, a drive-through pet wash business on M-179 and Patterson at Gun Lake (the Joe’s Grocery corner) was opened for business earlier this month. Fresh-N-Clean Pet Wash finally showed up after six months of waiting. The owner indicated the business now only awaits Consumers Energy to actually hook it up for electricity, which should be the end of this week. The owner promises it will be well lit, handicap accessible, and coming in the spring there will be a fenced in area for the dogs.
