The Hopkins Public Schools’ second community forum night regarding the May 5 bond proposal will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 23, at the Hastings High School cafeteria. Attendees will learn about the program in detail and be able to ask questions about plans for razing the old middle school and constructing a fine arts center. School officials promise there will be no increase in property taxes.
