The 40th annual Wayland Christmas parade was held downtown Saturday morning, with Mr. and Mrs. Bob Tanner as grand marshals. The Wayland High School marching band got into the spirit and was featured in the procession. Wayland Boy Scout Troop 97, and Wayland Cub Scout Pack 3097 collected more than 700 food items and at least 50 winter clothing items while walking in the Christmas parade.
