ski (Iciek), age 100, died Monday, Feb. 22. Her parents were Tom and Helen Kaminski of Dorr.Stella was a homemaker, and spent endless hours gardening. She was involved, and a charter member at St. Mary Magdalene Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Barb (Les) Albert, grandchildren, Jeff, Tim (Lauren), and Lesley, great grandchild, Ben, and sister, Josephine Sullivan, and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley, daughter, Marie Poquette, son, Don, and sister, Adeline Cholewin.
The family will meet with friends from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 25, at Ofield Funeral Home, 4500 Kalamazoo Ave. SE, with a Rosary at 7 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 26, at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church, 1213 52nd St. SE.
