Joyce Schmidt of North Fort Myers, Fla., formerly of Hopkins, died her home. She was 94.

She is survived by six children and their spouses, Roberta Palmer, Karen Kornoelje, David Schmidt, Nancy Scobey, Linda Schmidt and Richard Schmidt.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Melbourne Schmidt, two children, Ronald Schmidt and Steven Schmidt.
