
This spread is delicious on hot biscuits, pancakes, or toasted bagels. I also like to take along a strawberry version for the families for breakfast in the park.
Ingredients:

10 ounce package or 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries room temperature and drained for easier blending
1 cup butter room temperature
3/4 cup powdered sugar
Directions:

Combine the butter and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl, whipping with a mixer or blender until well blended and smooth. Add in the fruit. Store in refrigerator. Enjoy!
