Word has been received of the unexpected death Christmas morning of Lisa Marie Wooten Grigsby. She was 48 and a Wayland High School graduate..
Lisa graduated from Wayland High School in 1986 and had been employed as office manager at Superior Plumbing for ten years. She was a lifelong member of St. Therese Catholic Church.
Lisa and husband Rob loved to go camping and Grand Haven was her favorite place.
She will be forever missed by her husband; her mother Theresa Wooten; father Charles Wooten and her precious dog Bailey. Lisa is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Angie Rybiski.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 2, at St. Therese Catholic Church, 128 Cedar St. Wayland. Interment will be in the Elmwood Cemetery.
Visitation in Wayland will be Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home – Wayland Chapel 312 N. Main St. Wayland, and one hour prior to services Monday at the church.
