Jacob Kraima, age 88, died Friday, May 24.

Jacob worked for more than 30 years at Simon Koster & Sons excavating. He enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, his family, but most of all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Wilma Kraima; children, Tracy Raimer, Evelyn (Steve) Ondrovick, Jay (Janet) Kraima; 9 grandchildren and their spouses; 20 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, and sisters.

Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 29, at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Services, 312 N. Main St, Wayland. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 30, at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Services in Wayland. Pastor Ken Van Wyk will be officiating. Interment will be at Hooker Cemetery.
