Gertrude Herp, 93, of Kalamazoo died Thursday, June 14. Gertrude was a member of the American Legion and Moose Lodge in Dorr.

She is survived by her children; Bob (Carol) Herp, Dick (Jeanette) Herp, Jack (Kay) Herp, and Debbie (Ray) Jablonski; 22 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Herp; sons, Carl, Dennis, and Don; daughter, Kathy; and grandson, Dennis Jr.

Visitation with the family will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday, June 17, at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Services, 4330 18th St., Dorr. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday June 18, at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Services, with one hour of visitation prior.

In honor of Gertrude and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Great Lakes Hospice.
