Bernard “Bernie” Weesaw Jr., age 48, died Monday, Dec. 31.

Bernie was an avid golfer, but first and foremost, he loved spending with his family and especially his daughter, Ashlee.

He is survived by his wife of 13 years, Tammy; daughter, Ashlee; mother, Vernita Weesaw; brother, Paul Shue; mother-in-law, Suzanne Martin; sister-in-law, Julie (Dave) Stallard and many family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bernard Weesaw Sr and father-in-law, Michael Martin.

Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 4, at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Services – Dorr Chapel, 4330 18th St. A service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Dorr Christian Reformed Church.

In memory of Bernie and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Right to Life and Dorr Christian Reformed Church.
