Todd Spencer Lull, 55, of Plainwell, formerly of Hopkins, died Saturday, March 24, at his home.

Born May 29, 1962, in Grand Rapids, he was the son of Marrion Joyce (Curtis) Lull and the late Trayton Spencer Lull. He was the husband of Kathleen Marie (Lovley) Lull.

Todd loved spending time outdoors camping and fishing. He worked filling vending machines all over the state at rest areas, state office building and others. He was devoted to his work, often described as a workaholic. Todd would always go right back to work even after receiving his chemo treatments.

Besides his wife and his mother, he is survived by his children, Joyce Horton and husband Jaron, and Trenton Lull; sister-in-law, Elaine Lull; his brother-in-law, Mike Lovley and wife Deb; his grandpuppy, Sweetie Pie and grandkitty, Oreo; and too many friends to mention by name who were considered family.

Todd was recently preceded in death by his father, Trayton; and his brother, Hal Alan Lull.

The family will receive friends at Gorden Funeral Residence, Hopkins Chapel, from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 28. A memorial service will take place at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 29, at Hopkins United Methodist Church with Pastor Joel Fitzgerald officiating.

Memorial donations may be made to Metro Hospital/Cancer Center, 5950 Metro Way, Wyoming, MI 49519. Donations by check should state “In Memory of Todd Lull” in the memo line.
