Gale “Cliff” Navis, age 85 of Salem Township, died Monday, Jan. 15.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
Surviving are his wife of 57 years, Jan; children Shenda (Carmen) Iannello, Jay (Sandy) Navis, and Shawn Navis; grandchildren Jessica (Richard) Scibetti, Erica (Spenser) Iannello, Allie (Clayton) Williams, Raelynn and Chase Navis; great-grandchildren Parker and Ashton Scibetti and baby girl Williams on the way; brother, Boyd (Chris) Navis; sister-in-law, Mary Navis.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Otto and Iola (Miller) Navis; brothers Ken, Gordie, and Stan Navis.
A funeral will be held at noon Friday, Jan.19, at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home – Dorr Chapel, 4330 18th St., with visitation from 11 a.m. to noon prior to the service.
In memory of Cliff, and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Corewell Health Hospice.
