Melissa Jean De Groo
t, age 42, of Wayland, died on July 4.
She is survived by her parents, Alwin and Judy De Groot; her brothers and sisters, Bryan (Krista) De Groot, Becky (Eric) Fogg, Marc (Lisa) De Groot, Zach De Groot, Brandon De Groot, Devon De Groot, Jacob De Groot; ten nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Jeddiah.
The family will greet relatives and friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Stroo Funeral Home, 1095 68th St., Cutlerville. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, July 8, at Moline Christian Reformed Church, 4341 Chappell St., with Rev. John Ouwinga officiating. Interment in Hooker Cemetery.
