Lynn Jay Huff, age 74, died Friday, Jan. 10,
Lynn was a lifelong dairy farmer in Byron Center and loved to spend as much time as possible outdoors. He was a proud grandpa and loved spending time with his kids and grandkids, always finding an excuse to “pop by” and see his new great-grandson.
Lynn is survived by his children Douglas Huff, Brenda (Bob) Sikkema, Terry (Jessica) Huff, Brent (Stephanie) Huff, Melissa (Al) Hiemstra; 14 grandchildren; one great-grandson; siblings Darwin (Doris) Huff, Barbara (John) Zuidersma; and many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Lynn was preceded in death by his wife, Kathy Huff; siblings Darlene (Loy) Dykstra; and parents, Ronald and Vera Huff.
Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 16, 2025 at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home (Dorr Chapel), 4330 18th St. A funeral celebrating Lynn’s life will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 17, at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home (Dorr Chapel). Lynn will be laid to rest at Jones Cemetery in Dorr Township.
