Marguerite Hope Doublestein, age 95, of Wayland, died Thursday, Jan. 29, at Trillium Woods-Faith Hospice.
Marguerite is survived by her children: Bob (Charlene) Doublestein, Jr., Verner Alan Hall, Jr., and Stephanie (Robert) Hurst; her daughter-in-law Carol Doublestein; her grandchildren: Micah Doublestein, Verner Alan Hall, III, and Elizabeth Hurst; two great-grandchildren; her brother Phillip Swift and her sister Eloise Swift; and many extended family members.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Bob Doublestein, her sister Vivian Barnes and her brothers Stephen Swift and Reginald Swift; her daughter-in-law Alice Hall; and her step-son Lynn Doubblestein
Friends may visit with her family from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 1, at the Kubiak-Cook Funeral Services, Dorr, where her service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, with Pastor Bill Doubblestein officiating, with an hour of visiting prior to her service. Interment will follow at Elmwood Cemetery.
