Thelma Snoeyink of Byron Center, age 98, died Thursday, Feb. 19.
She is survived by her children Norma (Dave) Alles, Wayne (Ruth) Keegstra, Bruce (Nancy) Keegstra; stepchildren Marge Snoeyink, Tom (Gwen) Snoeyink, Jim (Pat) Snoeyink, Steve (Cindy) Snoeyink; 16 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; sister, Lois Huizenga; sister-in-law, Fanny Keegstra; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Snoeyink; parents Joe and Marie Slagter; brothers John (Eleanor) Slagter and Jack (Marian) Slagter; brother-in-law, Bill Huizenga; stepson, David Snoeyink; and father of her children, Bob Keegstra.
Her funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 24, with visitation from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the service, at Cook Funeral Home, 2067 84th St. SW, Byron Center.
