Go Fund Me campaign begun for Miller family

A Go Fund Me campaign is being organized by Diana Carrick of Dorr for the family of Billy Miller, who recently took his own life at age 39.

Ms. Carrick posted on Facebook: “It is with deep sorrow that we share the unexpected loss of Billy Miller. Billy was Kelly’s best friend and the love of her life. They were married for 11 wonderful years, and together they built a beautiful family with their two daughters, Alaina, 9, and Aubrie, 6. Billy was a devoted husband, father and family member, and his love for his family knew no bounds.

“Billy had a true passion for mountain biking, often hitting the trails with excitement and joy. He loved watching Alaina play softball, cheering on Aubrie in her soccer games, and supporting Alaina as she explored cheerleading. Billy was always there to step in as a coach when needed, and he found great joy in encouraging his daughters to grow and thrive in their sports.

“Billy was also deeply involved in his community. He was a proud member of the Knights of Columbus and an active participant at St. Sebastian Parish, where his faith guided him in serving others. Billy was a beloved friend and neighbor, always offering a helping hand, a friendly word, and his unwavering support to anyone in need.

“Billy’s passing has left a deep void in the lives of Kelly, Alaina, Aubrie, and all who knew him. As they navigate this unimaginable loss, we are coming together to provide support during this incredibly difficult time. The funds raised will help ease the financial challenges Kelly and the girls face in the months ahead, while also providing for Alaina and Aubrie’s future education and giving them the opportunities they need to pursue their dreams as they grow…”
