“This is my partner Keith Boekeloo of 30 years. He passed away on Dec. 28. Unfortunately he was under the impression that the house life insurance was included in the mortgage payment. When I went to file the claim, I found out he had changed it to self pay back in 2019. However, in 2020 Keith got COVID and ended up with what they called COVID-brain. Because of that he had forgotten a few things. One of them was that he was supposed to be making the payments. Up until he died he said that they were part of the mortgage payment. So with that being said I am now stuck with a payment which is almost as much as my social security check. Without his additional income I can’t afford it. So hoping to be able to raise the money to payoff the mortgage, so I don’t lose our house.please help with as much as you can.
Is this post for real? If it is legitimate and he cant afford the house, sell it and get something he can afford…………What ever happened to common sense?……………..Cheers!!
