Aaron Jason Phillips, 34 of Martin, died Tuesday, March 6.

Aaron was born in Flint, Mich. on Sept. 4, 1983, the son of Vicki Lyn Phillips. His work hours were spent in construction for commercial buildings, but being an avid outdoorsman, his free time hours were spent hunting and fishing and enjoying nature. However, Aaron said his greatest accomplishment in life were his children.

Along with his mother, Aaron is survived by his three children: Cassidy Phillips, Heidi Phillips and Autumn Phillips; one sister, Kati Kasper; his grandfather, Thomas Taylor; nephew, Shane; niece, Khloe; and many close cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Ruth Taylor; Uncle Jason Taylor; several great aunts and Uncle Joey.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 19, at Poplar Hill Cemetery in Monterey Township.
