A Go Fund Me page has been established for the family of Angela Lee Empie Haveman, who died early Tuesday morning, Aug. 20, after a five-year battle with Stage IV melanoma, a skin cancer. She was 46.

Ange is survived by her husband, Mark Haveman; children Deanna (Chris) and Austin (Breanna); grandchildren Paul and Patrick; parents Jack and Chris Empie; father in-law, Alvin Haveman; siblings, Tess (Dann) Carins and Jackie/Tootie (Robb) Gipe; in-laws Sue Sweeney, Bruce (Jodi) Haveman, and  Diane (Mike) Wolf; many nieces and nephews; and lots of loving family and friends.

Her visitation and funeral have been scheduled for 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 26, at the Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home in Dorr. Showing will be from 11 a.m. to noon, with a eulogy at 1 p.m. with graveside service to follow at Hooker Cemetery in Leighton Township.

Luncheon at the Moose Lodge in Dorr will be from 2 to 4 p.m.
