The Gun Lake Casino purchased and delivered a refrigerator, valued at $3,500, to the Wayland VFW.

The donation was made possible with a combined effort between GLC, Gun Lake Investments (GLI), and GLC Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Sal Semola.

“This is Gun Lake Casino in the community at its finest, we love to be able to help out the local veterans who have served our country with such a high degree of honor and distinction,” said Semola.

The casino has donated more than $5 million to the Western Michigan community since its inception. GLC has made two donations in the past to the Wayland VFW, including a commercial stove in 2022 and two deep fryers in 2018.

Gun Lake Casino is owned by the Match-E-Be-Nash-She-Wish Band of Pottawatomi Indians. The casino is committed to giving back by seeking opportunities to improve the quality of life in the community in which it serves.
