EDITOR’S NOTE: It has been reported that Gun Lake Pub has had to delay its opening one week, until Tuesday, Aug. 18.

Gun Lake Pub will open its doors Tuesday, Aug. 18, at the former location of Daisy Mae’s on Patterson Road. The new restaurant owners are seeking line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, hosts and servers. Inquiries can be made through messaging on the Gun Lake Pub web site or by stopping in at 2688 Patterson Road, Wayland. The eatery and pub will be open daily this week from 4 to 10 p.m. through Saturday.
