The Gun Lake Tribe of Pottawatomi Indians plans to make a presentation of a financial gift to the Hopkins Public School in a ceremony  at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Hopkins Elementary.

A tribal spokesman said Hopkins Public Schools will be given with a substantial financial gift to purchase technological equipment for the advancement of student learning.

Hopkins school administrators will join the tribe in discussing the benefits of the gift for students, families and the school faculty.
