The Gun Lake Winterfest celebration, this year scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 17, has announced six venues for the annual “Gun Lake Idol” karaoke contest.

The locations will be:

• Thirsty Buddy, next to Curly Cone on Chief Noonday Road, Saturday, Jan. 27.
• Red’s Sports Bar and Grille in Middleville on Friday, Jan.  26. 
• Wayland Hotel Bar and Grille, on Friday, Jan. 12.
• Tantrick Brewery in Allegan on Friday,  Feb 2.
• One More Grill, in Dorr on Friday, Feb 9.
• Family Tavern in Caledonia on Saturday,  Feb 10.
