A new historical book telling the story of the St. Stanislaus Parish in Hilliards is scheduled to be in print later this year.
“Faith, Family & Tradition” traces the start and development of the rural church and school, exploring the history of Polish immigrants who settled in Hilliards, west of Wayland, and formed the parish and school. The hardbound book includes hundreds of photographs and more than 300 pages in this collector’s edition.
Those who would like to purchase the book before it printing can save $5 for each publication, paying $50 instead of $55. For those unable to travel to St. Stan’s, the parish promises to mail it for a medest shipping charge.
